Defining departments and units as well as their objectives and roles. Making interviews and establishing job descriptions for employees. Building systems, procedures, and functions as well as planning, organizing, controlling, directing, supervising, following up, and setting up measures for all center major activities. Prepare and participate in center board (chairman prince Abdul Majeed, 25 members) and executive committee (chairman prince Faisal Bin Abdul Majeed, 13 members) meetings.

Developing and restructuring the whole operations and maintenance administration of KAAU (planning, organizing, controlling, directing, supervising, following up, and setting up measures).
